Our stencils are made from reusable 10 mil food-safe plastic (Mylar) — one of the toughest and most durable stencil materials available to consumers.

🔹 How are stencil sizes defined?

The size listed in each product refers to the entire stencil sheet, not the design itself. The actual design is typically about 10% smaller than the sheet. Some listings include exact design measurements.

🔹 How are your stencils cut?

We use a professional CO₂ laser cutter paired with stencil design expertise to ensure extremely clean and accurate cuts.

🔹 What is your processing and shipping time?

Processing Time:

• All stencils are made to order and usually ship within 1–5 business days.

Shipping Estimates:

• United States:

  • USPS Standard: 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority: 1–4 business days

• Canada:

  • USPS First Class International: 6–21 business days

  • Priority International: 2–5 business days

• Other International Destinations:

  • USPS First Class International: 9–32 business days

  • Priority International: 3–9 business days

All shipments include a tracking number.

🔹 What is your return policy?

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

• If the item is damaged during shipping or arrives with a defect, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please email us a photo of the issue.

• If an item is not as described, we will issue a refund or exchange.

• If a package is lost and does not arrive after the estimated delivery window, we will offer either a full refund or replacement.

• Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact us.

Our stencils work great with:

🔹 How are the stencils packaged?

We ship our stencils in thick rigid mailers (26–28 pt) and label each package with “DO NOT BEND” to ensure your stencil arrives in perfect condition.

🔹 Do you offer custom stencil services?

Yes! We love creating custom stencils. Just send us your image, logo, or idea along with your preferred size. We’ll send you a preview before cutting. Custom stencils are also made from 10 mil food-safe Mylar and typically ship in 3–5 business days.
